I can not think of a really good site that has average selling prices of houses over the longer term. It's
partly so geographically specific, that this further muddies the waters of that type of data.

I think I've seen some charts from the Bank Credit Analyst in the past, I don't have any that I know of.

I bet that one of the Fed's web sites might have that type of info, I have not spent enough time on them to
be able to tell you where to go, maybe someone else has some ideas.
