Dear Kevin, as I recall your previous posting on the Supreme Court you allege that they imply whatever but you cite no quote and you provide no reference pointer. And you don't explain how and why you think that the Supreme Court decisions cited support you babble speak of the present 5 minutes. This is your typical spin style to refute a clear concise post that appears to demonstrate you have your head in a place where bad smelling gases and a lack of oxygen might explain the non logic or reason of your pontificated sans legitimate reference opinions. tom watson tosiwmee
