11:13 ET Rumor Mill : Preannouncement rumors beginning to pick up as we move closer to earnings season. Among the companies being talked about today are AMD and QCOM.

Man this was a slow slow day???? here's the morning e-mail... Good evening everyone hope you enjoyed your rest and relaxation over this terrific weekend...i have rested up, and am feeling good right now.. I think this week should be a solid up type week..what with End of Quarter Window Dressing on the way..Since many of the Big Cap Techs are beaten to a a pulp right now, i think we'll get some buying during this week right thru Friday...As long as one of the big boys does not warn..too hard that is<g> I checked out a ton of charts this weekend..and let me tell ya..the SEMIS RULE..their charts are simply amazing..it reminds me of Nov-Dec 2000 when they rallied up hard...we are looking good right here...While there are no guarantee's i think several can breakout here... As for the major Indexs??? here's my feelings on those.. DOW--it gave 2 major sell signals first from my breakdown target of 10,300, it plunged to my 1st near term target of 9900..did a feeble dcb rally to nowhere, i said exactly that phrase, and then promptly tanked past may short term bottom at 9650-9700 right to 9150...right now a 50% retrace back up takes this index to 10,000...let's see if it can even get that far??? NAZ---Broke a triple bottom at 2250 crashed and burned to 1800 fast..but it has held well, and is still deeply oversold..i have stated this for a full week now...a nice 3 box reversal up for a change on trend is 1950, with a potential backside bounce to 2200-2250 area...i would expect to short that bounce hard...if it gets there..any weakness that fails to run to my numbers means this markets going a lot lower... SOX--what a nice solid index here...it has R at 680 and then right above at the BRL(bearish Resistance Line) at 700, i do not think it will break that downtrend line...520 is still major support for now..any failure of at least the 700 level would be a disaster..
