Shack- Dow broke up nicely thru 9650...but Naz still can't get off ground here...divergence for sure..... Still no follow-thru on Naz (so far) on the rally starting Thurs.....gap it in morning, and watch it stall...2 days in a row... As Dow breaks to higher highs, Naz makes lower highs...but, also, it is (so far) unwilling to break lows too...just hangin' out in lower-end of range...
