M&A seems to be picking up. And that would be a good sign. As for Chambers, it is a mystery but it is setting up one great buying opp at some point on cisco. I just may enter orders in below the market and see if i get lucky. mike

It is a stock deal and LSI stock was much higher when CUBE had that valuation. I would trust Wilf that this is accretive and a good buy, but I doubt that it will have the salutary effect of the Symbios cash purchase. IMO Wilf is doing a masterful job of using the semi-cycle to grow the necessary scale to be a longterm player and there are some good synergies here.
