Yeah, and below 13K most banks have it negative.... I guess they have to let some of their banks fail. Otherwise their domestic market is quite cheap. They don't have profits, but they do have sales. Nissan traded at 1/6 its sales at the bottom in 1998.

In the past year the credit line that I have with my credit cards has quadrupled. I don't use it (credit card debt), and I did not do anything. I get offers every day with 0% interest rates, etc.,etc. All that given negative savings rate, lots of firings in the tech area, negative company news. Banks are playing with fire, and we have not seen anything yet. The fabled end of the year - 2001 will likely bring a severe credit crunch.
