peter, the IBM SOI alliance was disclosed in the Annual Report to shareholders a week ago. At the time Watsonyouth thought it was very good.

Peter,

I think the bad experience dealing with IBM that Scumbria referred to has to do with IBM actually fabbing chips for other companies. All AMD is getting is access to certain patents and other technology information.

What I wonder is when this cooperation started, and I hope it has some time ago. If it only started within last couple of months, it would not be a good sign for the .13u SOI process.
