LOL!!!!

I heard those super booths are often used to hide tears in tough times. maybe that was false info.

i've had a standing invite from my house to go there dinner and drinks included. maybe i better take it before they cut the budget and see for myself.

We were talking about housing last week and such. Todays report by the National Association of Realtors indicates sales of existing homes dropped .4%. Buried deeper in the report there is this,
<<Housing inventory levels at the end of February stood at 1.54 million existing homes available for sale, which represents a 3.6-month supply at the current sales pace. Inventory levels are 27.3 percent above the 1.21 million homes available in February 2000.>>
Looks like we have more people trying to sell homes and fewer people wanting to buy them at a time when 30 mortgages are near a 30 year low. I'd say the real estate bubble is about done.
