Either CIBC has a crystal ball or they want to buy the stock before the China announcement coming up.

If you think about it, QCOM and MSFT are the only big market cap tech companies the street has not been successful in bring them down to mid 20's range. But they are trying really hard.

This is so funny. This quarter looks bad... no, no, - the next one, when respectable US CDMA carriers will start upgrading their infrastructure for 3G... ah? what? could not cover our shorts? OK, ok, it's not the next one, but the one after that... Yes, that's right...

These guys are something... and paid well, I may add.
