That's very true. Already, among my friends, many of us are just lucky to be working. So the same must be true at Cisco. But don't forget that the top 10% usually can find work even in bad times. Those are the folks you want to try to retain despite the macroeconomic problems, because those are the folks who produce twice as much as their colleagues.
