Ih have several theories on after hours activity.

1. Stupidity
2. Someone knows something (in which every case I've seen about that the stock was halted 30 seconds later)
3. Criminal activity. (I've watched it and can't see any other explanation)

I have made money on peoples misfortunes of me watching this activity in all 3 cases.
