Are you sure? Seems like that message needs to be sounded a lot louder than they are at the moment. I have seen very few calls for higher end-user rates and very many calls for lawsuits or total state control. Tenchusatsu, This should come as no surprise but environmentalists want public policies in place that discourage the consumption of our resources and encourage conservation. Keeping energy prices below market encourages consumption. Why would CA environmentalists support such a policy? ted
