Oleg, while I agree with you that the fundamentals of CPST are not likely to justify its current valuation, I would be very careful shorting it. The power shortage will grow worse this summer and will continue, will spread to many other states. The publicity surrounding this will help promote CPST, possibly to much higher prices, before the reality of earnings eventually takes control.
