If you want to know who's making all the money these days its all the lawyers suing all the new economy companies for misrepresentation.
But, the way this usually plays out is the lawyers get together and consolidate it into one big class action law suit. Then the companies settle to avoid expensive litigation...without admitting any guilt.
The lawyers split up the $millions leaving the poor shareholders with just enough to buy a quarter pounder at McDonalds.

Jim,

I have been watching these guys. It is always the same firms using boiler plate forms and you are 100% correct. These lawyers have stoppe mailing forms to all shareholders as they did prior to the internet being as wide spread. This way their costs are lower so when they split the millions, they have a better profit on it. Now one needs to call them for a form or download a PDF to be a part of the class. You had to have 10K share or more to receive enough to buy a quarter pounder with cheese. A small pack of gum is typical.
