While GX is clearly the cream of the new crop of telecom companies, and is doing much better than others on a relative basis, it still hasn't broken away in a correlative sense. Until that happens we'll still be subject to downdrafts as the stragglers continue to stub their toes.

A more encouraging chart can be seen at finance.yahoo.com which shows that GX is looking pretty decent in more respectable telecom company.
