Isn't that paper pretty much contained to just MSDW?

They could call up some of their retail clients for lessons on how to be good bag holders.

I agree with Grace - MSDW is in a tight spot, but I can't extrapolate from there to LLCF.

What really matters for Lucent as a company is whether they can produce the next new thing. I know, I know, about recession looming, but consumer consumption did not decline much during the first few years of the Great Depression. Even if you can't afford to buy a house or any other big ticket item, entertainment is relatively cheap.

Demand for bandwidth isn't going to go away- we just haven't reached the next tipping point.

I have no idea whether Lucent can deliver anymore.
