YHOO is vulnerable -- they cannot defend their turf easily and this limits their appeal imo. The days of heady growth a big premium in their stock price are over imo. YHOO is not a low risk value play by any means. We both agree on that. YHOO will need to change their model some particualrly in focusing on marketing their products for a fee. The advertising based model will strengthen a little again but it is not enough to carry the current valuation.
