Connie Rice may be an accomplished pianist but she doesn't know zinga about global affairs! Or to put it another way, she doesn't want to know or has very little interest in what is going on in the rest of the world. Guess, she likes to spend her time playing the piano and leading Bush around by a ring in his nose since he's never traveled much. Yeah, you are right. She wants the US to move towards isolationism.
