*OT* JBC- Yes, I agree.....but Congress can spend all day, and all night for the next 1,000 years addressing "rule of law" issues in this country.....some small, some big......Personally, I didn't find the Rich thing much different than the current "legal" lobbyists game that goes on (Tobacco companies giving millions to several state senators...in return....those senators defend the tobacco companies interests)....also, George Bush gave pardons out like candy too (at the end)....and some of those folks had previous relationships with the Republican party...

My point is a matter of relevance.....Congress can work on a ton of things....but they should focus on the things that effect the largest amount of people at any given time.....and it hard to argue that the Rich affair is equivalent to our country's education needs, or health care needs, or the scamming on Wall Street....

(BTW- I did find the Clinton pardon thing "wrong" and "scummy"...don't know if it was illegal, though...doubtful, for law gives Clinton the absolute pardon.....)

You're welcome to reply, but I won't in turn....don't want to use up more thread space.....(maybe I should have not broached subject)...
