Being a conspiracy theorist, i am trying to make sense of it. Any ideas! A few come to mind for me but are not convincing. 1. aiding in getting Bush tax cut thru congress 2. a message to Garcia(Greenspan) 3. lowering bars to meet earnings in the future 4. lowering the equity prices of potential cisco takeover targets even more than the potential parent 5. new options to employees and these "low" prices for a rebound later in the year when cisco does better than expected
