I can not remember exactly where I read it, but the article stated that the Hammer series would be SOI, while Thoroughbred would be isotopically pure silicon (not bulk silicon).

If anybody has any links to articles/presentations indicating that Thoroughbred with use SOI, I would appreciate them.

Ok, its the feeling thing. Then, have you seen any reports that AMD has a bulk 0.13 process under development?
