True. But that's because the execs have already awarded themselves so many options they are the shareholders <g>.

Really, I think the problem here is institutions who hold a lot of shares don't seem to care, and that the default vote if nothing else is given is "I agree".

I'll be voting against the excessive AMD share option grants (assuming I get my card in time, which has never happened yet because I live abroad) - Sanders in particular has got enough options and stuff as it is. If he wants to live the big life, he's welcome to, but he should earn his dosh honestly. I agree with whomever said the little guys should get a bigger slice of the option pie.
