The Japanese Real Estate bubble was as vicious a blow offbubble as the Naz. Unlike our RTC "saving of the thrifts" the Japanese have good ole boyed themselves into ignoring a huge problem that has undermined the viability of their banking system.

Now they export deflation to our economy and hope it goes away.

Our bubble has been popped (note the decline of the naz).

No dreams of past glory here - but many good companies with great value and real businesses are at bargains. As this inventory selloff becomes orders to build, the real companies with real products will lead the way based on value and wealth creation.

I never owned them and really never wanted to - they were overextended last wave when my semiequip stocks got slapped two cycles ago (sept 98).

I think the turn around will be particularly swift when cheap money and a resumption of earnings squeezes a large overhang of shorts. They become blinded bu the same greed the longs where blinded by OVER a YEAR AGO .

Time for the worm to slowly and selectively turn. Way too many positive divergences going on and Stochastic and Macd reverses to say Armegeddon still looms.JMHO
