IBM used their Blue Lightning process technology to produce Cyrix 486 chips, but I do not recall AMD actually using IBM as a foundry at any time. AMD used DEC as a foundry for 486, 5x86, and early K5 processors. But, while AMD entered into a foundry agreement with AMD for 0.25-micron K6 production, IBM was never actually utilized as a foundry.
