Does this release imply a delay to Feb 02? What we don't know is whether they are talking about when the infrastructure will be ready or when they will reach that number of users. Also possible that the higher $ amount means a larger system - 13mil vs. 10mil. Maybe the extra time is needed to complete the larger buildout. Anyway, a few months here of there is not what matters. What matters is that CDMA move into China in a big way and is seen as the future predominant wireless technology in China. If and when that becomes obvious, the exact dates of what is built out by when will not matter. All IMHO.
