Perhaps a better question would be "What behaviors would still be legal?" Goodness for a philosophy that wants to "Get the government off the backs of the people." that seems to have a lot of restriction based upon tenuous harm to others. So an unmarried couple that is disease free and monogamous can be arrested for not using a condom? Good grief! Or you have a horribly unattractive birth defect on your face and you can't have it removed or otherwise corrected?
