Would this not be insider trading? Surely the agents for the offering become insiders immediately that they become privy to the information concerning the offering, and in particular the offering price. Are they at that point not restricted from trading in the stock? What am I missing here?

Stan, can you elaborate a little, it seems to me that most of the selling has been CIBC+Scotia, here is a list of the trades by house over the last 2 weeks, seem consistant coming forward, the first 4 are the underwriters, I couldn't find anything on Raymond James.
