higher prices are the only option in CA -- sorry about that -- you let the greenies and Dems run things for too long <vbg> Come to our backward state -- rates may go up a little, but not 40% overnight -- we built a few power plants the last few years ... Again -- I think they may have wisely chosen that sample -- how many folks out of 5000 came from CA?
