Every analysts & economists knows that the cc survey is bogus tripe. Key thing is that it is an excuse to run up the stocks. Funds obviously need to make some money on the long side here. But big tech stocks are not giving them the outlook they want to here.

On the other hand, I'm starting to wonder if CEO's of mega techs like INTC CSCO and ORCL are playing down their outlook in order to run the small start-ups down to the brink of selling-out to them for peanuts. Techs like INTC have huge cash reserves and can scoop up smaller fish easily if the economy stalls out for several quarters. They are not worried about funds loosening their holdings because they know that they will get the lionshare of support when a rebound comes.
