However, it is the most significant wiggle in over a year ... and if they continue reducing their net-short position, it is not at all a bullish sign (not that you said it was), but evidence that the most significant damage to equities, in the entire history of U.S. equities is about to unwind. ... do I guarantee it ... nahhhhhhhhhhhhhh ...
