"Every time Bush opens his mouth, he proves that he is dumb." No, it just proves he is clueless. It may seem to be the same, except for those times that he seems to be heading for a cliff. He sees it and cries for help, instead of lemming-like tumbling off. So someone steps in to help, which just means there is another favor he needs to pay off out of the hide of average people. If he were really dumb, he would have neutralized himself a long time ago. Unfortunately, he has not.
