It looks like the end of the easing cycle may be near, but not quite here yet. That would be a good thing - if the economy is rebounding. Big sell-off in the 1-10 year range today; could be a reversal.

I'm not sure when it completely uninverted in the early 1990s, however.

Here's a fun link; notice how the yield curve never inverted back in 1994, and how it flattened and inverted on the low end in 1998:
