Thanks edamo...I know that but have been wildly emotional....sick to my stomach, totally messed up the last few months regretting regretting regretting. I'm "basing" myself I think, trying to get back on an even keel. The house: we had to scale back our plans because I didn't cash in the stocks at the same time we bought the plans...stupid stupd and one reason I have been making myself ill. But the land of course is now paid for and the proceeds from the house we live in should pay for materials for the next one, and for some labor as we need help. For income, besides pension (small because of leaving "early") we have some Motorola bonds, mature in '06, for income and at that time we can get others or some other interest producing something...but hopefully b then we will be established in our new home and making money at home businesses as well as at the stock market. The cash I still have to invest does not endanger the home, with its smaller size, I think. Freeus
