Liberal logic comes back to haunt them. I don't have the link to the story but apparently what goes around comes around is hitting the liberals hard. You may recall the web site that featured the names of doctors and their addresses who performed abortions. They were sued by the ACLU and Planned Parenthood for a huge sum (I believe over 50 million). They won the case. However the case was appealed and a 3 court panel of the 9th circuit ruled in their favor much to the shock and protestations of the ACLU and Barbara the Bagel boxer. In their opinion they used the 1978 (or there around) case where the NAACP had boycotted a number of businesses and said that blacks going to those places were in grave danger. The businesses sued the NAACP but the Supreme Court tossed out the case stating that as long as the NAACP did not initiate the violence they were not responsible for what a third party might do. Basically it was a reaffirmation of freedom of speech which the ACLU is against.
