yep, I feel your pain on rmbs.....especially the calls. They went against me so fast, I never had a chance to get out.....I mean one day they were $16 apiece, and literally, they opened at $9 the next day. I said, I would wait and bail at 12 or 13....never happened....next they were at $5 and I said, I'll bail at $8 or $9.....then they were at $2 and I figured at this point lets see what happens with the lawsuits......then the infineion crap happened and they went from $2 to like .15 cents....so I actually still hold every may 75 I bought for about 15 - 16....I sold the stock...I had covered it with 02 100 leaps and got like $9 for them...bought them back for $2 and sold the stock at $28.69....then watched it drop to $15 and back up to $25.....anyway, wash rule is preventing me from getting back in right now...thank god<ggg>.....but, it wouldnt surprise me to see rmbs win in court or settle and appreciate nicely....but thats still a big IF. Even so, I decided I wanted to only own companies that make their customers happy....no matter what happens in court, rmbs customers will never be happy paying royalties and will always be looking for a way around their technology....too much fud for me......I'm not buying it, but hell, at least krispy kreme as people lined up out their doors 24 hours a day, willing to pay and wanting to pay for their product...so, If krispy gets whacked after lock up ends, and if she drops low enough, I may even go long, if the price is right......

Hang in there keith

By the way...TOM....Don't know if your reading this...If I get no response, I'll redirect it to you tomorrow...but didnt I read a post from you when rmbs first got nailed on the infineon fud, that you finally reached a point and had bailed??? I thought I saw you make a post referring to finally taking your lmps and moving on......But then, later a week later, I saw a post you made where you stated "just waiting on my rmbs and newp"....did you bail....did you bail and get back in lower....what about the 30 day wash rule?? Anyway, just curious.......

keith

two rules

1)NEVER turn a profit into a loss
2)Never let a loss fall more then 10%
3)Never buy are sell the first dip or surge.
