probably wont see real capitulation and bottom in nas until the semis capitulate.

as long as there is strength in the sox, it means there are still people out there buying based on the hope that the semis will lead the nas back up. if this becomes a prolonged bear market, the nas will not go back up, and eventually the semis will have to come down with the rest of the market.
