If the truth is that we live, we die, and that is it, then you have a point. If there are other possibilities, there is nothing ignoble about believing that, in the end, there is more to the story. Nor is there anything adverse to spending our time well here. I believe it will add to our morale, make us feel more accountable for our little corner of the world and how we leave it, energize us to even greater concern for the destiny of those we love.........
