I have any easy suggestion for you re WAC. Go to the mall. Hit the anchor clothing department stores. Check their stock levels. Off of each department WAC merchandise is in, there will normally be a small stockroom. Wander in there (by mistake of course) and check the stock levels. A lot of the WAC stuff is basic necessity and sometimes these stores order in bulk and store the rest until needed. Basically see if what the store has is 'fresh'. Most of the tags these days contain a date code. Its usually fairly easy to figure out. Like Belk uses a small script number at the bottom to indicate receiving date. 2301. 2nd week, March, 2001.
