I guess he went bust trying to chase that elusive first 1/8....just like many are doing today, in "calling bottoms"...<G>

Still, a sad end for the guy (he committed suicide after going bust in the depression). Ironically, he did extremely well in the Crash of '29 itself (he was nuclear short). He was a rogue, but his book may be the single best ever written on market speculation.
