what exactly are they "taking advantage of"? you mean they are taking advantage of the fact that they have little credibility left and their stock is smashed? Why to go NT! Take advantage of the situation.

I think it tells us they are pumping up thier loan loss reserves to the tune of $200 million. Maybe they see a couple of shaky customers that they helped finance...
