J.T.;I'm becoming very skeptical of the XAU.They say never sell a dull market. That's about the only good thing I see going on.Any wave counts or anything?

Best,Dave

Rydex Total Assets Update for Tuesday, March 26th (late):

NDX Short- Arktos 71.3 Million

XAU Precious Metals 23.1 Million**near 52 week low(Oct 18= 22.6)
Banking 32.2 Million**near 5 month low

Money Market 1,417 BILLION**oversold

*******************************************

Dynamic Series (200% correlation)

SPX Long - TITAN 97.9 Million**new 2 1/2 week high. BEARISH
SPX Short- TEMPEST 49.0 Million

NDX Long - VELOCITY 114.7 Million**new 2 1/2 week high. BEARISH
NDX Short- VENTURE 51.0 Million

*********************************************

I did not bother putting up rydex numbers last night as I knew they would be statistically different from the fresh data from trading this morning.

Time to fill some gaps today or tomorrow...

I warned in brief note first of lowering my SPX Intraday high target from SPX 1208 to SPX 1188. We hit an intrady high of 1184. I then mentioned in afternoon we were running into resistance in SPX and BKX but did not elaborate as I was a walking zombie yesterday.

Now we pay the piper to keep the lid of optimisim down that bottoms are in. Today ought to wack bullish sentiment good and keep em on their toes for the next leg up that will catch them completely off guard...

I remain:

Dynamic Series- 100% Short SPX TEMPEST
Regular Series- 100% XAU Precious Metals

Best Regards, J.T.
