it's such a joke..."lack of visibility" that means to me...we don't like what we see so we aren't going to talk about the future....

"lack of visibility" = customers are canceling orders, we have very very poor outlook on revenue and earnings growth. If we tell you what we see you will smash are stock...so we aren't going to talk about...we will just say "lack of visibility" and hope things get better...lord knows that if we told the truth are stock would be crushed...and are customers that still have cash and some orders to place will know that they have us over a barrel and they will demand even more slashing of prices...

CEO John Roth said the company could give no clear indication of when things would get better.

"Given the poor visibility into the duration and breadth of the economic downturn and its impact on the overall market growth in 2001, it is not possible to provide meaningful guidance for the company's financial performance for the full year 2001," Roth said in the statement.
