even though there are a lot of put buyers, i seriously doubt that the nasdaq can make anything other than a bear market rally bottom with rydex otc speculators still betting 90% on the bull side after a drop that would have most people screaming the end of the world in more normal times, most people believe it's gonna come back, i doubt this top is like 96, 97 or 98. there is a boatload of supply out there, with greatest masse of participation in the stock market since the late 20's or the late 60's. b
