Where is the next round of funding going to come from?

I repeat - ELNK doesn't need to raise any new money.

Are you telling me that this stock has run from $4 to $12 on fundamentals and not rumors when the entire internet index has tanked?

No. The first few points were rebound from extreme oversold conditions resulting from tax loss selling. The rest (and the next several) are due to undervaluation. Buyout rumors frequently circulate on undervalued companies. Sometimes they come true, sometimes not, but ELNK does not need to be bought out to be successful.

Who said anything about MSN?

Well, gee. Could it be that they are #3 and gained the most on ELNK over the last quarter? Did you have someone else in mind to overtake ELNK?

I think your correct in your thinking on the long term value. ELNK has real value, subscriber value. With the economy slowing normal dialup is more realisic that the current customer base is solid. Also, recall that ELNK's churn rate on customers is less than average in their field. the rise from $4 to $12 is pretty arbritray considering before the MSPG and ELNk merger MSPG had a PE ratio.

I think the companies marketing blunder these past couple of years has "burned" un-necessary cash for the return. But who hasnt'. Maybe the real story is why MSFT killed their $400 rebate deal.

ELNK should be able to play in the black now!
