New York-listed ADRs of Unicom fell 4.2 percent to end Tuesday at $11.21, off 49 cents.

Is this the parent Unicom or the GSM subsidiary that went public last year? If the latter, why put this in the piece, except to give the impression that Unicom's shares moved down on the news. On second thought, if this is the GSM sub, I would bet the stock did move down on the CDMA network news.
