On the SEC filing for GENI by Ultimate Holdings, Mr. Khashoggi used a complete different spelling on his name. Is this proper? Also I did not see any SEC filings by Mr. Khashoggi that he had any legal problems pending. Does he not have to declare the BCC problems and others to the SEC? Why is it that no one except yourself and maybe one other poster on RB has pointed out these inconsistencies? Thanks.
