Mexico will save us Californians may be we should give California back to Mexico. BTW they approved a 46% rate increase for Edison. Now watch this rate increase stay even when energy prices go down. They always know how to screw the consumers. Funny thing is they dont even need to change their methods. They know we will give in soon as they make our life miserable. BTW I knew this was coming so I bought SCE when it was at 11. It wont hurt as much to pay the higher utilities now.
