I think you are right. They will probably do it over a couple of quarters. Although, I think expectations are so low right now, they might as well just do the whole damn thing now and get it over with. Why give us the chinese water torture over several quarters. I know the Fed likes to do that, but we should have to get that from private companies. Ah well, what a disaster this tech wreck has been.
