Right, which would spur the downturn more quickly. His post reads to me as if it would take longer for the downturn to happen because of the new laws...but I'm pretty scattered this morning so WTFDIK. -g-

OTOH, small businesses will have more money to spend if their debtors can't wipe out their debts but actually have to pay them.

I quit doing collections because the deadbeats would just file bankruptcy. So I am not going to boo-hoo about people having to pay their debts.
