This is just very sad. There is nothing else to say. Except that if you have to have lawyers fighting over sh*t like this, you have completely lost sight of the whole point of The Grateful Dead. This is absolutely disgusting. I don't care who is "right." I don't care that I am a lawyer, and I don't care that the "right" thing is to have everybody enjoy Jerry's legacy. Both sides are wrong to fight over this stuff. Why? Because both sides have nothing but $$$$$ on their minds. I say that anyone involved in this dispute should be given a couple hits of window pane, and a half ounce of excellent weed, and locked in a room together until they come to a mutually agreeable conslusion to the matter. Period. [sorry for the vitriolic rant, but this stuff really gets under my skin.] PS Joe, all my best wishes and thoughts to your mother. And I hope I need not remind you to honor her in all ways possible while she is in distress.
